Pretty neat.
Needs support for different languages, though.

Oh, man. I loved that SiD. I've been Google searching for it for the last few minutes on some pure nostalgia vibes.

That's a really cool idea, this article has a copy of the story they made using the game.

The narrator's job will be hard, reminds me of being a Dungeon Master in Dungeons & Dragons. With a lot of preparation and a little luck it can be wonderfully memorable.

Well my pre-order came in and, Getting a game a week early seems to make you also get bugs a week before the community exists for support.

[Edit: Disregard that, it works now]

But the internal editor for sprites is amazing, you can quickly customize objects by messing around with layers. In fact the GM is expected to edit sprites on the fly in less than 30 seconds.
I Just wish there was a feature for re-ordering layers.

I can imagine that this might have some of the difficulties of the old adventure games, where there is some action that you want to do, but the game isn't programmed to handle it.

Still, an interesting concept.

Actually the whole game is built around preventing that problem.

If you want to do something, anything, you can do it, because there is a real person on the other end to interpret your actions and respond accordingly.

Nothing actions are programed into the game because everything is controlled by a human.
