Right now it is raining. Is been raining so much that they have had to close school. So much in fact that the above ground basement of our house (which is on a hill) has flooded. Thare are 1ft puddles ABOVE the storm drains. But i bet you guys can tell me a better story about rain. |

You think that's bad? I LIVE in my basement, it's great fun when it floods and I've got 6 computers to move
One morning I woke up, got out of bed and had a look outside and the water wasnt going down the drain. About two minutes after I had got out of bed the room was 2 feet deep in water. |

'There is something to be learned from a rainstorm. When meeting with a sudden shower, you try not to get wet and run quickly along the road. But doing such things as passing under the eaves of houses, you still get wet. When you are resolved from the beginning, you will not be perplexed, though you still get the same soaking. This understanding extends to everything.' -Hagakure |

I live in Bergen, Norway. There are many stories to be told about rain around these parts. Personally, I love the stuff, as long as I'm not carrying something that could be ruined by it. |

Seeing as I live only a few meters above sea level, About once every 2-3 years we have a flood, That sucks.
But regular rain, I'm quite happy with. There is just something really neat about getting something done on a rainy day. |
