Uh... principle characters only? If yes, Marina from Mischief Makers. If no, Green of Gunstar Heroes, please.
I also believe that there's a law that you include one character from Chronotrigger, one character from the Sonic games, one character from Street Fighter, one character from Golden Axe, one of [Cloud Strife, Squall Leonhart], Samus Aran, and Kefka.
Another villain I'd nominate is Boomerang from Wild Arms. He had a great theme tune. |
