					| A lot of space shooters nowadays are going with Dual Joysticks. Will StarScape ever support this method of play?
(And does anybody else think there are WAY too many stickies? Can they be... condensed somehow, into one or three massive stickies?)

					| Usually when you only give two options, you'd give the options "yes" and "no", not "yes" and "don't know". So at least add "No, I think there aren't too many."
But yeah. I do agree that the list of stickies is pretty massive. Not that I really care since I only ever use the "new posts" link to see what's been said lately.

That's not simply a second control option though - it's a completely and utterly different style of gameplay. It wouldn't be particulalry difficult to implement, but I'm sure it would need a huge balancing test - and the problem with that is we'd really want to stick with one type of play (it's not easy to maintain two sets of play balancing related data - we have enough trouble with one!).

I've never really liked this idea when specifically applied to Starscape - you are controlling a fighter, not some instant moving turret. Besides, I don't really think we need to follow in the footsteps of every other geometry wars-a-like. Still, this gets back to the discussion about making a game timeless - if we reach the point where everyone expect twin sticks, then we'll have to consider it. I think more likely (on a PC at least) is mouse control is expected these days no matter what game you make.

As for stickies - yeah, we've acquired a few too many over time - I'll try and condense them.
